Paid plans renew based on the duration selected. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

SpotMela is a discovery platform and is not party to transactions between buyers and sellers. Always verify identities and meet in safe public spaces.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
